The Web Site may be used only by those individuals seeking employment and career advice and by employers seeking to hire employees. All Web Site users agree to use the website in good faith and not to use the Web Site for any of the following:
- Revising, deleting or duplicating any material posted by any other person or entity.
- Providing on the Web Site any misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate biographical or professional information or information which is not your own accurate resume or CV.
- IOMA does not guarantee that positions posted by Advertisers will result in candidate employment, and is not responsible for any Advertiser employment decisions.
- Using any methodology or process whether automated or not, that attempts to impede with the proper use of the Web site.
- Posting of any franchise, “pyramid” oriented system or process, distributorship or agency arrangement or other business opportunity that requires any payment, pays commissions only, requires recruitment of other members, franchisees, or sub-agents.
- Taking any action whether automated or not that creates a large “load” on any of the Web site's technical infrastructure.
- Using the Web Site Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using Resume information to populate a database, sell or promote any products or services, whether fee based or not.
- Sending unsolicited communications including but not limited to mail or e-mail, telephone calls or faxes regarding any promotion, and/or marketing or advertising of any products or services to a user of the Web site, whether that product or service is fee-based or not.
- Disclosing, sharing, using for any unlawful process, or making available to any other individual your Web Site access password
- Using or attempting to use any software, agent or other resource to search or navigate the Web site other than general use third party web browsers (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer) and other than the search engine and agents made available on the Web Site.
- Attempting to disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software included in, comprising, or in any way contributing to the Web site.
- Use of any spiders, robots, “bots”, manual or automated process, to scrape, observe, examine or duplicate any Content on the Website is strictly forbidden.
- Linking to or framing of any of the Content included in the Web site.
- All website assets, including, but not limited to, job postings, job listings, resumes, videos, audio files, articles, images and designs that are part of the Web site (collectively, the "Content") are protected by copyright. The content is owned or licensed by IOMA, or in some circumstances the entity accredited as the owner/provider of the Content.
- As user of the Web Site you shall abide by any and all copyright notices and restrictions related to or contained in any Content retrieved, viewed, or accessed through the Web site.
- No Content from the Web site may be replicated, copied, reproduced, republished downloaded, uploaded, transmitted, modified, made for sale, or distributed in any way. The use, for any purpose, of any Content in any other medium including other web sites is prohibited.
- Non- personal use of any Content is prohibited without prior permission from IOMA or another copyright holder acknowledged in any copyright notice.
Job Posting Requirements:

- The Web site does not support the following types of employment opportunities, but is not limited to:
- Business opportunities or franchise offers
- Anything related to the adult entertainment industry
- Any unlawful business practice
- Employment that requires a monetary investment by the job seeker at any time
- Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) positions
- All job advertisement content contained in job posting must be accurate, clear complete. The advertisement must not contain false information or be misleading in any way.
- The advertisement must contain adequate detail to clarify the position being advertised, and may not solicit the job reviewer to contact the advertiser for more information.
- IOMA and its agents make every effort to review job postings for their appropriateness; however we do not take responsibility for the content posted by our advertisers.
- Job advertisements are for advertisers’ internal use only. You may not re-sell or provide advertising services to third parties with Web Site advertising purchases made through your company.
- Job advertisements that violate of any of the Terms Of Use may be removed without prior warning.
- IOMA reserves the right to eliminate or limit access to the Web Site to any advertiser at its own discretion, without warning.
- IOMA does not endorse nor warrant with regard to any Web Site user or third party, whether in regards to its Web Site, services, employment, experience, recruiting procedures, or otherwise.
- IOMA and the Web Site are not recruiting firms or employment agencies and make no guarantees related to the effectiveness of advertising on the Web Site in meeting the employment intentions of Advertisers.
