By landing new clients and expanding business through existing clients, 68.9 percent of respondents to the recent Washington G-2 Reports’ 2009 Web-Based Connectivity Survey plan on seeing a return on investment in connectivity systems in less than five years. Almost 22 percent expect a return on investment (ROI) in five to 10 years, indicated responses from hospital/health system outreach and independent laboratories.
