Senior and management-level members of sales teams from both independent and hospital labs are currently commanding annual base salaries of between $81,700 and $160,000, depending on their years of experience and the type and size of lab, according to the findings from the 2008 Washington G-2 Reports/Slone Partners Lab Sales Compensation Survey.
