PRL Central Laboratory Services (PRL; Overland Park, KS), a division of Physicians Reference Laboratory, has entered into a laboratory testing agreement with the Kansas Bioscience Organization (KansasBio; Lenexa, KS), a three-year-old trade association. Under the terms of the agreement, PRL will provide price incentives for safety and efficacy laboratory testing, toxicological testing, and employee health screening services to KansasBio and its member companies. KansasBio members include university laboratories; established pharmaceutical, animal health, and crop science companies; and entrepreneurial ventures, start-ups, and service providers in the biosciences.
