Dubious Distinction: Florida lawmakers April 29 approved Medicaid anti-fraud bills (S.B. 2658, S.B. 1986) that would designate Miami-Dade County as a health care fraud area of special concern and provide new licensure requirements for home health agencies, durable medical equipment providers, and health care clinics.
