The Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI; Minneapolis) has acquired four outpatient diagnostic imaging centers—three in Indianapolis and one in Columbus, Ohio. CDI purchased the centers from American Health Imaging (AHI), which has decided to exit the Indianapolis and Ohio markets.
