The Gores Group, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles, has completed its purchase of HealthSouth’s Diagnostic Division, creating Diagnostic Health Corporation (DHC), an independent diagnostic imaging company. HealthSouth announced in June that it would sell the division for $47.5 million.
