David Moore
Chief Information Officer, Spectrum Labs

David has worked for four companies in a healthcare information systems capacity since 1977. He has served in positions ranging from systems analyst to CFO and CIO. He has extensive experience in both building and running large systems. He joined Spectrum Laboratory Network in 2001 as CIO and has helped it become one of the leading regional laboratories in the nation.

Prior to joining Spectrum, David served as AVP – Billing Systems for Laboratory Corporation of America. There he was responsible for the convergence of the multitude of billing systems inherent in the merger between NHL and Roche. He moved to LabCorp from Antrim Corporation in 1997 after serving there for 10 years in a number of varied positions. Now owned by Misys Healthcare, Antrim has been a leading provider of laboratory information systems for over 25 years. Before Antrim, David served as CFO/CIO of NADACOM, Inc., a publicly held hospital information system company which had a number of large teaching hospitals as clients.

He received both his BBA and MBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
