Linda S. Flynn

Linda S. Flynn is an independent consultant experienced in all areas of commercial and hospital laboratory consulting, including business development, supply chain, practice management, engagement delivery, and sales and marketing. She also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt. Previously, she was associate director, Laboratory Division, for Navigant Consulting Inc., where she wasresponsible for conducting laboratory-consulting engagements including performance improvement, supply chain, revenue enhancement (outreach), and strategic planning in complex health care environments. Prior positions include vice president, sales and marketing, for Park City Solutions; director, business development for Sunquest; principal and senior consultant for Chi Laboratory Systems; manager, blood bank, hematology, flow cytometry for Health Alliance Laboratories; and supervisor, blood bank, serology at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Ms. Flynn received abachelor’s degree in medical technology from Eastern Kentucky University, a master’s degree in immuno-hematology from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA in marketing from Northern Kentucky University. She is a featured presenter at national and regional conferences introducing innovative approaches to laboratory management.
