Joshua M. Kaye
Joshua M. Kaye is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Miami office. Kayes national practice includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as in corporate, regulatory, and other transactional healthcare matters. He serves as the chair for the firms health transactions affinity group and is the partner-in-charge of its Miami office community and pro bono services committee. Kayes practice focuses on representing both physicians and non-physicians in the development and delivery of cutting-edge business models in the healthcare industry.
Kaye frequently lectures and writes articles on healthcare transactional and regulatory issues affecting physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and other ancillary healthcare providers. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Health Lawyers Association, BIO Florida, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Order of the Coif. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. with honors from the University of Florida. At the University of Miami School of Law, he served as the managing editor of the University of Miami Law Review; he was a member of the Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity at the University of Florida.
