Joan Logue is principal of both Health Systems Concepts Inc. and Heath Software Consultants LLC. She is a nationally recognized consultant in laboratory management, clinical laboratory regulation, and Medicare reimbursement. She has worked with major hospitals and national reference laboratory clients throughout the country and is a frequent speaker to national professional groups on clinical laboratory management issues.
Logue is the founder and former executive director of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association and served as director of administration and communication for the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards.
