Jane Pine Wood
Jane Pine Wood is a shareholder and a member of the Health Law Practice Group
at McDonald Hopkins Co. She focuses her practice areas in healthcare law,
representing clients in corporate, regulatory, compliance, and contractual
matters, including Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement issues.
Clients she represents include physicians, hospitals, clinical and anatomic
laboratories, imaging centers, home health agencies, mental health providers,
clinics, independent practice associations, and integrated delivery systems.
McDonald Hopkins represents more than 350 pathology groups and a substantial
number of laboratories.
Wood is a widely published contributor to law and professional
journals and has spoken at numerous industry conferences. She was named a Massachusetts
Super Lawyer/Health Care Law in Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine in
2005 and one of the top 50 female lawyers by Boston Magazine in 2005.
Wood received her doctorate in law from Vanderbilt University School of Law
in 1987 and her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Texas
A&M University in 1983.
